Payment: Immediate payment options at checkout are credit card and Paypal. We also offer a mail in option of a check or moneyorder at checkout.
Purchase Orders: Purchase orders are accepted from US Government and US Education Institutions. We are registered with the state of New Jersey.
Shipping: All in-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order completion. Please allow 1-2 weeks for receipt of your US order upon order completion unless express shipping is requested (Special rates will apply). Express shipping options available at checkout. Please allow 3 weeks for receipt of your International or Canadian orders (Dollhouses excluded). Express shipping not available for orders which include Dollhouses. Standard Canadian and International shipping rates do not apply to Dollhouses, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Warranty: All items come with a one year Veronica's™ Dollhouse extended warranty. If the item is defective, please send it back and a replacement will be sent out upon receipt of defective product. Please contact Veronica's™ Dollhouse to get a RMA number prior to returning.
Returns and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with an item, we accept returns within 14 days or exchanges and/or store credit within 30 days. Items must be in brand new condition and in original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all dollhouse returns. Shipping is not refundable. Return shipping is at customers expense. Please contact Veronica's™ Dollhouse to get an RMA number prior to returning.
